We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damages & Order Issues

We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom or personalized items (such as special orders)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, items purchased from our Closeout Corner are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
