Shipping policy
We strive to process and ship orders placed before noon (Monday through Friday) on the same business day. However, due to current high demand, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delays.
Orders are shipped only on business days. Most orders submitted after 11 AM on Fridays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are available exclusively within the United States.
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska
Our standard shipping rates do not apply to orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Please contact us for alternative shipping options.
Oversized Product Shipping
For some oversized products, shipping costs will be indicated at checkout. To expedite delivery, we may ship certain items directly from the manufacturer. While most of these orders are processed within 24-48 hours, there may be delays due to stock availability from the manufacturer.
Freight Delivery Policy
Certain large items, such as dust collectors, drill presses, air filtration systems, and oversized guide rails, require freight shipping. These shipments cannot be expedited.
- Liftgate Service: The delivery includes a liftgate service, which lowers the pallet to ground level. However, moving the pallet to its final destination will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Order Confirmation & Cancellation: Freight/LTL shipments cannot be modified or canceled once the order is confirmed with the manufacturer, which typically occurs within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
- Address Changes: Once a freight item is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. Any modifications may result in additional fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Freight Delivery Inspection & Claims
Upon receiving your freight delivery, carefully inspect the pallet before signing for it. If you notice any visible damage—such as dents, dings, or cuts on the packaging—please:
- Take clear photographs of the damage.
- Note the issues on the Bill of Lading (the document you sign upon delivery).
- Keep a copy of the Bill of Lading for your records.
Freight claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot guarantee that claims submitted after this timeframe will be accepted by the carrier.
